Living for the Glory of God ~ Vivir para la Gloria de Dios

Tuesday Truth ~ Blaise Pascal

A good book and the Good Book. And my pen.

I got the ESV Bible today, plus the ESV Study Bible. I’d have bought them a long time ago if somebody had told me what a chick magnet they are.

The excellent translation is a nice bonus.

Blaise Pascal may be best known as a Christian philosopher after his conversion to Christianity in 1646. During his lifetime though, he contributed much to the world of mathematics, physics and writing.

For a sampling of Pascal’s musings on the contradictions of men, pick up the book by Penguin Classics here.
